Often known as Indian ginseng, it is revered for its potential to bring the body back into a state of balance and provide deep support for the immune, nervous, reproductive, and reproductive hormonal systems. Most adaptogens are stimulating; ashwagandha is a bit unusual in that it is a calming adaptogen. It enhances the endocrine function that rules over the thyroid, making it useful for hypothyroidism. Great for nervous exhaustion, fatigue, and cloudy thinking.
Adults Take 25 drops 1-3 times a day or as needed, on it's own or by adding to water, juice, or tea. Shake well before each use. Be patient as it yields results slowly but surely.
