Suggested Use

Eleuthero Root Tincture: Adults take 2-2.5 full droppers of Eleuthero root as needed, on it's own or by adding to water, juice, or tea.

Cordyecpes Tincture: Adults, take 1-2 full droppers daily on it's own or by adding to water, juice, or tea.

Deep Elem: Rub balm on tight shoulders at night, stiff neck in the mornings, tight calves after a run, or any external sore areas of the body.

Warnings

Cordyecpes Tincture: For anyone with a known autoimmune disease, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis or multiple sclerosis, some doctors warn that cordyceps might worsen the problem. The same warning goes for anyone with a known bleeding or blood clot disorder since medical mushrooms can sometimes interfere with proper blood clotting. You should not take cordyceps two weeks before any scheduled surgery, due to the influence on blood clotting.
