Suggested Use

Combine ¾ cup milk or plant based milk and ¾ cup of water in a saucepan. Bring to a low simmer. Pour hot liquid over 1 to 2 teaspoons of herbs. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain. Add 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup. Cheers!
