Instructions and use
Elderberry Fire Cider Combine the powerful antiviral power of elderberry with fire cider's natural anti-inflammatory circulation-boosting herbs. This combination is great to use as a daily preventative or during acute stages of illness.
Lung Rescue Syrup with Osha root This herbal syrup utilizes the evergreens’ medicines to deliver a heavy vitamin C dose, boost our immune systems, ease coughs and sore throats, and open the breath. I have called in the powerful energies of Osha root which is revered as one of the top respiratory herbs.
Wild Cherry Bark and Elecampagne Cough Syrup - This unique blend is gentle but powerfully supportive of the respiratory system, the throat, and the lungs. Wild cherry bark may soothe and tone the respiratory tract, loosen phlegm in the throat and chest, and aids in all types of coughs, including whooping and spasmodic cough. It is a slight sedative, expectorant, demulcent (soothing to irritated tissues), and can calm the respiratory nerves.
Echinacea Tincture - Echinacea is an immune stimulant, assisting the body to resist infection more efficiently; it is anti-microbial and increases resistance to the virus, and activates the macrophages that destroy both cancerous cells and pathogens. Take daily throughout the cold and flu season to protect yourself from whatever it throws your way. Echinacea Dosage General Rule of Thumb:
1 drop for every 2 pounds of body weight.
For example, 100-150lbs would be 3 droppers (75-90 drops)
Take as often as every 1-2 hours in the acute or early stage of an illness or every 3-4 hours at a later stage. Expect to see some relief within the first 24 hours.
Ripple Skin Healing Salve - A must-have during the drying months of winter. Apply after excessive hand washing or in the presence of dry cracked knuckles and heels. Great for anyone who has psoriasis and eczema complaints. Apply as often as needed.
Cold Sore Balm - Apply balm to the affected area at the first signs of an outbreak. Apply several times a day. Expect to see results within the first 24 hours. This is not just a cold sore balm, this doubles as an antiseptic first aid balm too. Great for your medicine cabinet.
