Suggested Use

Sage and Spirit Smudge Spray: Shake well before use. Spray around you and your surroundings. Try reciting a prayer or mantra for personal well-being, love, and happiness. Visualize the darkness, negativity, or malady leaving you and your space.

Ashwagandha Tincture: Shake well before each use. Adults take 25 drops 1-3 times a day or as needed, on its own or by adding to water, juice, or tea.

Bid You Goodnight Tincure: Shake well before using. Adults take 1-2 droppers full 30 minutes before bedtime.

Sleep Tight Magnesium Spray: Adults spray on calves and bottom of feet before bed. Massage into the skin. If there is any skin discomfort, simply apply coconut oil or lotion following spray. Wash hands after use to avoid eye contact.
