Suggested Use

Take as often as 1-2 hours in acute or early stage of illness or every 3-4 hours at later stage. Expect to see some relief within the first 24 hours.

Echinacea Dosage General Rule of Thumb: One drop for every 2 pounds of body weight. For example, 100-150 lbs would be three droppers (75-90 drops)
