You'll find this special blend to be helpful in raising your magnesium deficiencies. Magnesium increases GABA, which encourages relaxation as well as sleep and plays a key role in regulating the body's stress-response system.  Spray and massage on feet and legs to assist with inflammation, sleep, and restless leg syndrome.
Ingredients: LOVE, Magnesium flakes, water, oils of lavender, and chamomile. 
To use: Adults spray on calves and bottom of feet before bed. Massage into the skin.  If there is any skin discomfort, simply apply coconut oil or lotion following spray.  Wash hands after use to avoid eye contact.
